Imahal Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
If you are requesting an exchange, the item must not be damaged.
Returns must be made in the original packaging.
If the product is damaged during delivery, please provide photographic and video evidence within the 7-day delivery period. Any damaged items reported after this period will not be accepted.

We recommend that you check the product immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues within the specified timeframe.
